We offer a complete team of Wedding Specialists to ensure that your vision becomes a reality. Every bride will have the help of our Wedding Designer, Florial Specialist, Event Coordinator, Ceremony Coordinator, Officiant, Event Staff, etc. In addition, she will have 5 Star vendors providing cake and desserts, music and florals.

Our team will help arrange tastings with your chosen Caterer and our Baker. Coordinate communication with our DJ to plan all musical aspects of your ceremony and reception. Last but not least, orchestrate your wishes for a most memorable wedding day.

Outdoor Ceremony

The Chapel at The Grand Oak offers you and your guests a delightful experience. Words cannot describe its natural setting.

DJ - Celebrations of Tampa Bay

Award winning DJ for your ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

Your DJ will provide 2 microphones for your ceremony and will MC your entire reception.

Barn Reception

We offer round tables with white floor length fine linens and Vineyard X-Back chairs. 

Fresh Florals

The Chapel at The Grand Oak will be decorated with an artistic design that we will create just for you. We will also create customized personals, centerpieces for all guest tables and much more.

Décor Items

All guest tables are adorned with fresh floral arrangements, accessories and candles. Our barn lighting consists of café lights and twinkle lights.

Wedding Cake -Petite Madelyn's Bake Shoppe

A generous allowance for a customized cake / dessert bar. Includes full display and decorative platters.


A variety of handmade signs, lanterns, lawn games, candles, etc.

Sparkler Exit

Provide large wedding sparklers for all your guests and orchestrate a most memorable send-off.


This is a great add-on for you and your guests to sit around and create lasting memories under the stars. We provide the wood, skewers, an attendant and custom display.

Catering, Bar and Photography is all you need to select . 

A detailed list of approved vendors and assistance with scheduling will be provided. 

How do I reserve my date?

To Save-the-Date for your event, a deposit of $500

(non-refundable) is due. Monthly installments are available at no additional cost.

Lakesong Inclusive Wedding Packages start at $10,900.00

Lakesong DIY Wedding Packages start at $7,900.00
