We offer a complete team of Wedding Specialists to ensure that your vision becomes a reality. Every bride will have the help of our Wedding Designer, Floral Specialist, Event Coordinator, Ceremony Coordinator, Event Staff, etc. In addition, she will have 5 Star vendors providing catering, cake & desserts, music and Officiant.
Your event coordinator will help arrange tastings with the Caterer and Baker, manage all the vendors on your wedding day and also coordinate communication between you and the DJ to plan all musical aspects of your ceremony and reception. She will help orchestrate your wishes for a most memorable day.

We offer round and banquet tables with Vineyard X-Back chairs. Our brides have a choice of fine floor length linens in Jute, Ivory or White.
The Chapel In The Gables will be decorated with an artistic design that we will create just for you. We will also create customerized personals, centerpeices for all guest tables and much more.
Barn Décor Items
All guest tables are adorned with fresh floral arrangements, accessories and candles. Our barn lighting consists of rustic chandeliers and café lights.
A full catered buffet meal with passed appetizers. Choice of fine china, stem ware, flat ware and linen napkins.
A generous allowance for a customized cake / dessert bar. Includes full display and decorative platters.
A variety of hand made signs, lanterns, wagons, candles, etc.
Provide large wedding sparklers for all your guests and orchestrate a most memorble send-off.
This is a great add-on for you and your guests to sit around and create lasting memories under the stars. We provide the wood, skewers, marshmallows, an attendant and custom display.
Food and Beverage
We exclusively use "Catering by the Family," an award-winning vendor in the Tampa Bay area, to provide all of our reception Dinners and Bar services. Cake & Desserts are exclusively offered through "Petite Madelyn's Bake Shoppe" with our Rustic Chic All Inclusive Package. Your taste buds will be singing!

How do I reserve my date?
To Reserve-the-Date for your event, a deposit of $500 (non-refundable) is due. Interest free monthly installments are available.
